Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Many of our products are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), allowing for fast and reliable delivery. Other products are carefully packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Northwest Ohio.

If your order contains products shipping from different fulfillment locations, you may receive multiple packages at no additional cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
